I watched a Bobby Flay Throwdown with Green Chile Hamburgers. It looked so good I thought I would try it using my Big Green Egg and Griddle Q griddle. The cook was easy and was surprisingly very good. Just 80/20 Chuck patties, poblano peppers and onions sliced thin, some steak seasoning on the meat and some ground garlic on the peppers and onions. Grilled until done and served on a bun with a slice of cheese. Nothing else. Yes, very good meal.
