Beautiful Ribeyes to celebrate with my wonderful daughter who surprised me with a visit for the Holidays! Paired with the Salt and Pepper Shrimp it makes for a Chinese Surf and Turf. Splurge a little for the Holidays and when you prepare this stir fry it can feed 4 to 6 people using 2 ribeye steaks that cost $12.00, versus one steak per person if you grilled them, so it is economical from that standpoint.
